4.1 Shipping Provider:
We use Ninjavan Shipping for all deliveries. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, and tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.
4.2 Shipping Fees and Delivery Time:
- West Malaysia: RM25 shipping fee | Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
- East Malaysia: RM50 shipping fee | Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
4.3 International Shipping:
International shipping is not available at this time. For updates, please check our website or contact our support team.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, you must provide the original sales receipt and ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please send the product back to our warehouse at the address provided in the return instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.2 Refund Policy:
Refunds are only offered if the product has a manufacturing defect. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the defect is confirmed, we will process the refund, and the shipping costs will be covered by the seller. The refund will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
5.4 Non-Returnable Items:
